Type 1312/1314 Oil Seal Thermocouple

SSi 1300 Series Oil Seal Thermocouples prevent premature bearing failure that can occur when a bearing isn’t properly lubricated.
The O-ring prevents lubricants from contaminating components in the head and is designed not to swell, even when in continuous contact with oils and synthetic lubricants.
This design has proven successful in measuring various types of bearing temperatures.

- The O-ring assures good temperature readings by allowing the spring to maintain positive pressure against the bearing housing
