Frost Proof Gauges are used extensively in the chemical, petroleum and other processing industries where low temperatures are involved.
The plastic extension projects beyond the cover so that the frost cannot buildup or accumulate in the visibility slot and obscure reading of the liquid level.
The extension can be furnished 2” thru 6” above the cover as required.
